Lucerne is the capital of the canton of Lucerne. It is the most populous town in central Switzerland, is located on the banks of Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstättersee) and devided of the river Reuss in New and Oldtown. It is one of the most popular destination for tourist with near to the Alps and the well-preserved old town. The city's most famous landmark is the wooden Chapel Bridge (Kapelbrücke). Other attractions are the modern building of concert hall KKL and the train station beside the port, the city wall and the old town it self. Nice for a Sight Seeing Flight are the Mt. Pilatus, the Mt. Rigi and the city of course. The next Airports are LSME Militärflugpltz Emmen (homebase of the swiss aerobatic team "Patrouille Suisse") and LSZC Airport Buochs (once a military airport and now home base of Pilatus Flugzeugwerke)

I thoroughly enjoyed this scenery when it first came out. It makes Lucerne look the way it should in the sim. Now, we have the fantastic Swiss DEM mod also in this site, which will be used by many people. Could this mod be made compatible with the Swiss DEM mod so that the buildings would not partially sink into the ground? The sunken effect is most obvious when you view the Torbogen Luzern arch near the mouth of the river.
