The Dempster Highway begins 40 km east of Dawson City in Yukon and stretches north, 742 km to Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean. It was built during the 60’s and 70’s to provide a supply route for northern towns and villages. The Dempster stands as a testament to both human determination and the rugged beauty of the Canadian Arctic.
Ogilvie River is the 2nd of the six airstrips along the Dempster Highway. It’s located at km 211, along the shores of (you guessed it) the Ogilvie river. During the late 60s to early 70s the Canadian Forces used this airstrip as a place to offload equipment and supplies in the construction of the steel bridge over the river.

I'm having a similar issue to xxd09. I think there is a vegetation polygon covering the runway. I can see all the infrastructure and the runway is visible though covered in trees. Road appears fine.
Let me know if I can help
Cheers mate
