INFO: Tracy Municipal Airport is an non-towered G class airport located 45nm west of San Francisco, CA. Used mainly for GA, skydive, and training ops the airport averages 161 aircraft operations per day. KTCY has two Runways 12-30, and 08-26 all equipped with 3.0 PAPI devices and Medium intensity lighting. Fuel is available at the field.
HISTORY: During World War II, the airport was named Tracy Auxiliary Airfield (No 4), and was used mainly as an auxiliary training center for Stockton Army Airfield, California.

Very Nice!!!! KTCY was my first Non-Towered airport. Density Alt gets Brutal in the hot summers!!!
