the Queen Elizabeth university hospital in Glasgow.
I have reworked this scenery extensively since version 1.x
the main hospital building is now hand modeled and I have added a working helipad. the model also includes a collision mesh (so it's possible to crash into if you make a mess of your landing)
night lighting has also been greatly improved since V1.x and Normal maps have been added
the surrounding area is photogrammetry (you can see in the final image which parts have been hand crafted and which is photogrammetry, the handcrafted parts are a much cleaner mesh)
I did it this way because when you land a heli on the pad you are close enough to see just how bad the google photogrammetry actually is
I also repainted a lot of the photogrammetry texture to remove the baked in shadows.
if you have downloaded the previous version you will have to delete the folder "southerng" from your community folder before extracting.
I have left the old version up because this new one may have an impact on sim performance. (I have not tested V1 against V2 but thought it best to do a new upload because this isn't just a modification of the original, it's a completely new redone version)
Looks great and lots of fun with HEMS missions, but I get major stutters when I have this installed on SU12.

Thank you for bringing this to MSFS. I'm a HErO pilot based out of EGPF, so this is the main hospital that I'm bringing my HEMS patients too. So much more fun with your scenery, thank you! Don't suppose you fancy tackling Golden Jubilee Hospital just across the river from here too? I wish I knew how to do this stuff too!

Hi
Just want to say the re-work you have done on this is fantastic, your first version stood out like a sore thumb (no offence meant), this new version is superior in every way.
Thank you.
